Pi Noon... Reworking the Attachments

So... I have always found this cartoon funny...  Even more so now, when, upon returning to the lab we found the Pi Noon Under Carriage Mount installed on HAL 2.0 in such a way to be not usable.  So, we ended up modifying the original mount to work with the already drilled mounting holes, beefing up the front end to be flush with the front of HAL 2.0.  We reworked the top mount to feature a larger hole for the wire to avoid fit issues once on site and added set screw placements to better secure the wire during the battles.
