This Sparkfun TinkerKit has been used for a handful of Workshops at Conferences teaching Instructors how to use the Arduino in an Internet of Things course. The kits are in really good shape and have been double checked to make sure they have all the parts and that the Arduino Board boots and accepts code. We have added a Relay, Diode, and Transistor to this kit to accommodate my CNM CIS 1605 Internet of Things and Cisco IoT Fundamentals Connecting Things course requirements.
